The location felt perfect. Just steps away from the tram stop and near shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and had great blackout blinds. Staff greeted me with a friendly smile at check-in. Breakfast offerings were plentiful, but the area felt cramped during peak times, with people spilling into hallways. The queues were frustrating. I enjoyed the 24/7 bar for late-night snacks and drinks. The only downside was the lift's slow service, which felt problematic during busy hours. Overall, it made my stay enjoyable, but those breakfast rushes and slow lifts could definitely be improved.

Oh mate, the breakfast spread was ace—gotta give a nod to that granola! And the 24/7 bar was a lifesaver for late-night cheeky drinks. Plus, the staff were super on it during check-in. no faffing about!
Had a bit of a hassle with the room—there was a scalding bedside light that got me nervous for the kiddos. Plus, the lifts were a bit dodgy. we nearly burned off those calories just waiting!
